Thermographic analysis provides detailed insights into the overall performance
of the machine. Thermographic examination of roll covers and component parts
allows you to spot mechanical errors and work out the strain placed on machine
components. It is particularly effective at spotting incorrect adjustments and
asymmetric loads. Measurements are taken under production conditions while the
machine is still up and running, thus avoiding expensive downtime. First, our specialists interpret the measurement results and conduct a detailed
error analysis.
