Effective 1 January 2010, Schäfer Composites GmbH will be merged
together with its parent company, Schäfer GmbH & Co. KG.
After the merger, the company will have the new, joint name of
SchäferRolls GmbH & Co. KG.
The merger of both companies bundles all business activities of SchäferRolls
into one legal entity and is intended to contribute to standardisation of the
business processes. Internal and external administrative processes are
coordinated with one another and further improved, for the benefit of the
partners and customers.
