Effective 1 January 2010, German-based Schäfer Composites GmbH will be merged together with
its parent company, Schäfer GmbH & Co. KG. After the merger, the company will have the new, joint
name of SchäferRolls GmbH & Co. KG.
The merger of both companies bundles all European and German business activities
of SchaeferRolls
into one legal entity and is intended to contribute to standardisation of the
business processes.
Internal and external administrative processes are coordinated with one another
and further improved,
for the benefit of the partners and customers.
